Who we are

Ramaraju & Associates is a proprietorship firm of Chartered Accountants registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India under Firm Registration Number 030695S. The firm is led by CA Ramaraju Eppe (ACA, Membership No. 280330) and works with CA Sandeep Kumar K B (ACA, Membership No. 274794) on assurance and tax engagements, and with Appireddy Naga Lakshmi on accounting and outsourced-finance work.

We serve private companies, LLPs, partnership firms, start-ups, professionals and individuals, mostly in Bengaluru and Karnataka, with several engagements handled remotely across India. The practice covers statutory and internal audit, internal financial controls, income tax, TDS, GST, company-law compliance, bookkeeping and virtual-CFO support.

What we believe

Compliance is the output of a process. When the process is documented, owned and, where sensible, automated, the filings are on time and the numbers hold up under audit. That is why our engagements start with a walkthrough of how work actually flows through your systems, and why so much of our advisory work ends in a reconciliation script, a Tally customisation or a Zoho workflow rather than a memo.

We also believe a small firm should be easy to reach. The proprietor is on every engagement, review points are agreed in advance, and clients receive a monthly calendar of what is due and what has been filed.

Professional standards

The firm is regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. Audit engagements follow ICAI's Standards on Auditing and Standards on Quality Management; all work is subject to the ICAI Code of Ethics, including its requirements on independence, confidentiality and professional behaviour.
